Between 2014 and 2025, Richard Glinski and I located 25 Crested Caracara (Caracara plancus) nests in Pima and Pinal counties in Arizona. We monitored 13 nests and obtained data from 3 nests discovered and observed by others. We collected data on 37 broods. This article records what we found regarding the nesting period, brood size, and number of broods. We also found that nesting patterns may have some association with precipitation.
